FAQs and Pricing

So, tell me a bit more....

How do you price?

I do not charge for our first no-obligation chat.

After that, if you wish to go ahead then I charge a rate of £65 per hour for the first year up to a maximum cap that we would agree.....The cap is there to reassure you that there will be no nasty surprises.

After that, I can fix the price so you know exactly how much you will be paying each year. This will be calculated on the basis of what I expect the work will take at £65 per hour.

For small annual pieces of work such as tax returns I bill when you get a copy of the draft return.

For work where we are meeting regularly I bill on a monthly basis.

For more complex one-off pieces of tax planning I charge £90 per hour.

Generally, individuals and sole trader businesses will pay anything between £280 and £1000, depending on the complexity of circumstances. For companies this can be anything from £500 per year to £5000 per year....how much really depends on how much you want me to get involved in helping you make the best financial decisions.

If I am interested, what next?

You choose...pick up the phone / email / What's App / message via the website....just get in contact.

I will agree the best time and place to have a longer no-obligation chat.

If you want to go ahead, I will ask you for information to enable me to complete anti-money laundering checks and cover the legal bits.

Once received, I will then send you a letter detailing everything we have agreed that I will do for you, including the price.

I can then start saving you time and money....

How much time do I need to spend on my accounts?

You choose...I can be there to support as and when you need me and you can have involvement in your day-to- day accounts or you can hand everything over to enable you to spend time on other parts of your business.

How often would we meet?

You choose....depending on your circumstances this may be once a week or once a year, face to face, by telephone or Zoom.
